Brent Rowe has over twenty-five years adjusting and appraising experience. Prior to commencing a career in adjusting, he was a Journeyman Autobody Mechanic. As BCAC's certified Heavy Equipment Appraiser, he travels the province on behalf of the Industry to complete appraisals on logging and tractor-trailer claims. His preferred areas of adjusting are both Commercial and Residential property losses.

Dan Miller has over thirty years experience in management and adjudication of personal injury motor vehicle insurance claims. He is accomplished in all areas of investigation, evaluation and negotiation of bodily injury and automobile losses procedures. With experience in all aspects of home construction and hurricane catastrophe adjusting on Exactimate Estimating software, Dan is adept in property loss adjusting.
Through his company, IMS Consulting Ltd., Dan is a well respected member of the BC Arbitrators & Mediators Institute (BCAMI) and is certified with the BC Roster Society for Mediators and Arbitrators.
