Starting his career as an independent adjuster in 1980, Randy Bahan has extensive experience in the Insurance Industry. While adept in all lines of adjusting, his preferred area of concentration is General & Auto Liability and Bodily Injury with a particular focus in major losses. His investigation has formed the basis of precedent setting cases in Host Liquor Liability and Bodily Injury.

Prior to commencing his career in insurance adjusting in 1984, Brent Rowe was a certified Journeyman Auto Body Mechanic. As BCAC's certified Heavy Equipment Appraiser, he travels across provinces providing detailed, accurate damage appraisals on logging and tractor-trailer claims. His preferred areas of adjusting are Commercial and Residential property losses.

Julia entered the insurance industry in 2002, and has years of experience handling a variety of files, big and small. From telephone-adjusting auto and ALE property claims in mass quantity, to full investigations involving total loss scenarios in for both commercial and residential structures, Julia has the ability to efficiently adjust losses to the satisfaction of all parties involved. In addition, Julia handles liability claims, completing thorough investigations to help give Insurers the best ability to assess liability when addressing third party bodily injury and property demands. Slater's strong interpersonal skills allow her to work well with clients and other business associates at various levels of the insurance industry. In an ever-changing industry, Julia has kept current by regularly attending educational webinars; and, Julia also volunteers with the Insurance Institute of BC to help coordinate educational opportunities for her industry peers.

DAVE CASSIDY

Dave started his career in insurance with BCAC in 1997, and is based in the city of Williams Lake, servicing large territories going West to Bella Coola; south of 100 Mile House; and North and Northwest of Prince George, going as far as Kitimat / Terrace. Not only did Dave grow up in the Cariboo-Chilcotin, he also has a background in logging and ranching, which compliments the clientele and types of policies being written in this area. Dave has a detailed approach when handling claims, resulting in clear and thorough reporting which ultimately streamlines the adjusting process to provide an excellent service to Insurers and policyholders alike. Dave handles a variety of file-types, with a focus both commercial and residential property claims.
